1、Build and lead the sales operation in Great China.
2、Develop, recommend, and support sales strategy decisions and growth-ideas.
3、Establishes sales channel and partnership strategies.
4、Manage senior level business relationships with key partner companies.
5、Solicits new sales initiatives and sets business targets for sales division managers.
6、Establishes, communicates and achieves the Company’s service goals and standards.
7、Manages budgeting process and monitor spending.
任職資格:
1、University degree in Fashion,Business, Marketing or related discipline.
2、15+ years working a Multi-National Company experience in the fashion, accessory, sports or cloth industry related sales or key account management position for direct sales or channel sales; at least 10 years in sales operation management and leadership position.
3、Very strong customer focus and selling skills.
4、Excellent communication skills.
